Ignoring complaints

I called the complaints department 2 weeks ago, never able to get through to speak to a consultant; I left my details when voice prompted to do so and was promised to be contacted shortly. That was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear a reply. Pathetic! They don't even give you the opportunity to complain so how is their service (or lack thereof) ever going to improve?!
