I got my Power cut last night, because the people at Impact Meters are inefficient and lazy, and illiterate when it comes to allocating Payments to users. The full account outstanding was paid on the 30th August, Then my Power gets cut yesterday. Trying to sort it out with them, even worse nightmare. You can fight and send them how many proof of payments, but it is Friday, which means we don't want to work or help customers. Never experienced such bad service, not even our Government is as bad as them.
