Pug pup has pedigree papers through KUSA.
She was diagnosed with congenital bilateral hip dysplasia with secondary arthritis yesterday - Bryanston Vet Surgeon's diagnosis. She is just over a year old!?
For a registered KUSA breeder we find this news utterly deplorable!!!
