I purchased a Yorksrire Terrier male puppy as a stud in February 2012 from Adelle Conway, Magridel Yorkshire Terriers. He was micro chipped on 5 April 2012 and the breeder's copy was e-mailed to her sortly after that.
This is where the trouble started, every time I contacted her in connection with Giovanni's registration papers I was told she is busy with the registrations. I phoned KUSA in September to confirm that the registration was actually done. I was informed that she has not registered any puppies since September 2011 and that her membership has lapsed.
Since then I have been in regular contact with Adelle and every single time she has told me that the registrations has been submitted to Kusa. After every phone call I contacted KUSA and was told exactly the same thing over and over!! I have logged a complaint with Kusa today as I am totally fed up with the!!
