Since 2008 I've been getting sms' from the SABC about a tv licence account that was in arrears. The messages are meant for a certain Mr M.Mpayipheli, a person unknown to me. In 2009 I spoke to SABC letting them know that the number is mine and that the person concerned is unknown to me. They apologised and I thought the matter was resolved but to date, I still get the messages. SABC please leave me alone, I'm not Mr M.Mpayipheli, I really don't know the person.
