After making enquiry about a specific date and being told that there is space available but to call back on the 19th september as bookings for "private" guests are only 30 days prior to arrival I phoned back to make the reserv after which I was told sorry no space. Being unhappy 'bout how it was handled the "manager" Yolandi called me back on which I was again explained the whole story and didn't have a problem with that but with the mere fact of how it was handles. Got such bad attitude and told that private people are not good enough for this place as their 8500 shareholders are first on the list and sorry for us that was told there is space open we must go to another place. When I got upset by the attitude the manager actually got snotty and rude and said I must sort out the problem by myself cause she can't see what my problem is! Its a pity that this is the way hospitality goes in south africa! Being told they are not dependant on ANYONE's reservations!
