Good day, My name is Gugu Mnguni managing member of Dowhile Creatives, I have place an order of 1000 T-shirts from Altitude Clothing, and paid full payment. I went fetch my order and came back to office. I then counted the T-shirts that I ordered from them only to find out that they had shot supplied my order with 11 T-shirts. I had also placed an order for Lunch bags qty 200, Three of the bags were damaged.
I then contacted the sales lady Lorraine Mataba, and explained the whole error of short supplied, and damaged goods, she then told me she will speak to the management. The query was last week Friday, today I do a follow up on the query, I then receive the email from them Stating :(Hi Please note that the order were re pulled and we found no discrepancies on this order.)

I'm really not happy with the way they conduct their business, we spent money to buy things from them and we get poor service. I cant spent another R500 for their error.
