Unhappy client!

I ordered 500gr Hemp Hulled Seeds from The Hemptons. My delivery address, INCLUDING COMPANY NAME, where the product was supposed to be delivered, was supplied via e-mail. Amelia did not include my company address when she completed the courier documentation. Although all other address details were correct, the courier company delivered my parcel to the wrong company (another buidling in the business park where I work). Their receptionist signed for the parcel and left it in reception where someone then took () it. As you can see a lot of mistakes was made by all the parties involved (The Hemptons / the courier company / The receptionist). I contacted Amelia and explained that I was very unhappy as I, the client who already paid R303-00 for this product, is still without the product, due to the mistakes of other people. Instead of trying to compromise and maybe offering to let me order again at a discounted price, her attitude was that someone signed for the parcel and thus it is not her problem any further. I bought from them before but will never buy from them again. Surely they must be covered by insurance? This was just plain bad business from their side.
