I had the absolute pleasure of having to deal with a girl named Dominique who should definitely NOT be at the frontline service. Her attitude, level of helpfulness and professionalism are severely lacking. I requested to speak to the manager of Tan Can as I refused to deal with her attitude, and was told she isn't available. When asking when she would be I got a reply of "I don't know hey, she has 2 jobs so she doesn't come in here". I asked for her cell number and again was told "I dont have it hey". I am absolutely disgusted and having never been to Tan Can I most certainly never will. If you couldn't bother to even attempt to retain and build on your customer base then you shouldn't have a customer service related business.
