My wife and I have bought a GHD hair product and we have done some homework advising that this product comes with a lifetime warrantee, however since we have bought the item GHD have removed this warrantee from the sale of their products, not allowing us to access the website where this was seen. I do not see how this could be legal as products sold with a lifetime warrantee, should have just that. However GHD have closed that website which has shown these details and now you go to another website where they say only a two year warrantee...
I need some advice on this matter, could anyone assist?
