Ive been to da henwood road branch recently and was utterly disgusted..i opted along with my sis inlaw to do da expensive n better staightning dat dey offer.from da tym we entered da manager was absolutely rude n annoying.she spoke anyhow wd no respect towrds us.if we asked a question, we got bak an answer in a horrible way.this is very unprofessional..she was all over the place screaming at her child infront of clients..dis is unacceptable.i sat der for 7 n hlf hours wen i was told itl tak 4-6 hours.we were da last ones to leav.da manager wasnt evn der to c us leav..no1 explained about after care, products to use, nothing..or evn offer u a glass of water..worst place ive ever been to.the owner herself doesnt know wats goin on but i did contact her n she was really swi abt my experience n rewarded me wd a shampoo n stf..im nt cmplainin t get smthn out but ds gal ws soo rude dat she really me off..da salon was soo dirty n untidy.da floors wernt swept aftr evrytme a cut is dne..dis is really upsetting especially wen u stdy beauty n da laws of a salon..its disgusting..id neva go back..dis gal needs to learn how to talk to clients!!!
