On 23/08/2013 we bought meat at The Ranch Butchery (Best Cut) in Richards bay that includes Chicken Vienna's.
We packed our meat always due to the fact that we are only two people in the house. The Vienna's was placed in the Freezer in it's original packaging and we didn't open that. The package was dated the 15/08/2013. Today 13/09/2013 we took the vienna's from the freezer and prepare it to place on the buns to make hot dogs. The smell was terrible and the vienna's sour. I took it back to the Butchery and complain about the vienna's and was told that they can't refund me due to the manager is not their and they can only refund me on Monday or they can replace it or with something else. I told them that I don't want vienna's anymore and I would rather take then Cheese wors. The Vienna's is priced at R22.95 and the person in charge told the lady to refund me with only R15.00 worth off Cheese wors. I told him that this is not on and I won't accept it due to the price he decides on. I'm really not happy with this service level I got from them and To take that I had to drive back to town (my petrol) and twelve buns that I had to give to the dogs as the taste was already in the buns
