Art Blasting provided me with a quote for sandblasting of windows for which I made a 50% payment before work commenced. Vienna was full of excuses on why there is a delay in starting the work and once work eventually started, I had to then listen to more excuses on how they cannot reach the 1st storey windows as their ladders are not tall enough. Vienna also missed a site meeting due to her watch battery running flat - I never knew people actually used these lame excuses.
As a result we agreed that they would not perform the rest of the work and as a result had to refund me the amount for work not completed. Again I am presented with excuses why payment cannot be made. The refund has not been paid to date and it is impossible to get hold of her.
Shocking incompetence and is what you will receive from these people.
