We ordered a couch from them on the 24th of August and they said they would deliver it on the 31st of August - no time was given to us. We then contacted them on the 31st of August to find out what time they would deliver and they said 6pm. 6pm came and went and no couch was delivered. after numerous phone calls which were being ignored we sent messages and finally just after 8pm we were told that our couch was not going to be delivered that day and that they promise we will get it the following day. We asked if they would waver the fee now and the lady, Kay, said no that is not possible. needless to say we have just been told that we will not be getting the couch today (the 1st of September) either as nobody is working today. Now are you telling me that Kay didnt know that nobody works on a Sunday??? this is absolutely ridiculous and I suggest you never ever buy anything from these extremely unprofessional people. You cannot run a business like this. I guess we will just sit on the floor again tonight... FML
