So I was wrong, besides the lack of communication they delivered like promised (I was wrong about Kay) we LOVE our couch, we just hope it lasts. It's made very well, no smells like one person commented. The delivery staff were so gentle with our couch and so pleasant, Blessing was so sweet, full of smiles. Even though it was a Friday and I wasn't able to get off work to open for the delivery they delivered my couch at 7pm on a Friday night, wish I had more cash to have tipped them better. Don't take Kay the wrong way, I think it's just her personality to come across rude but she is actually pretty nice. I sent here an email stating how happy we are and she replied: Thank you ''Anonymous'', I am so grateful I so appreciated that!! Be blessed. Anyways, just wanted to let everyone know that if you have a small budget, support Bargain Sofas. I WAS WRONG...
