I have been trying for over a year to cancel my moms TV licence-339290413.
We were told to send an affidavit to confirm that she does not have a TV, we did this and now we still getting emails and constant phone calls for outstanding fees. She lives with me and i pay my TV licence.
This is ridiculous, when i phone they tell me that it's been forwarded to the cancellations department, but how long does it take for them to process? When i phone again it says that they never received the email.
Really?! I want this sorted out now!
