On Saturday the 31st of August I had a Dermalogica Deep Cleanse facial and after the facial I purchased one of my face care products.
I asked for the 50ml Dermalogica Skin Smoothing Cream, which I got, but my total for the facial and cream came to R1180. I was in a hurry and the cashier was distracted so I did not question my total until I got home.
It was there that I noticed I had been charged for a 100ml cream, and only received a 50ml.
I find this disgusting and a total neglegence on the cashiers part, especially when the cream box has a sticker with the correct price in. She even asked me if I would like the 50ml or a 100ml, so she knew that she was ringing up the lower price. Yet she rang it up as the 100ml price.
I still have my cash slip and the box for the cream so I can prove that I was over charged.
I would very much like my R230 back!
