Bad attitude and lean information

The so called NAEDO COLLECTION-DOMINATRIX debited an amount of R129.99 on the 30th of August. When I call FNB to trace who is this NAEDO COLLECTION because as far as I know I haven't made any agreement with them let alone that who actually gave them permission to scrutinize my Account?

Well FNB couldn't help me, only thing they did was to put me through to this, to that and this and come back to the first consultant. Finally a nice Lady at FNB helped me and gave me right number to contact these people who couldn't answer my questions the only thing they said is to pay me back within 3days. I mean how possible is for someone outside get an access to debit an amount without any signed documents or call record? I do not trust my bank anymore and sad thing I'd never use any other bank now I must consider all the changes if I decide to use another bank...

I know that I might not get my money back because no one told me why was it debited from the start, but it is well with my soul even though FNB failed me dismal.
