I ordered flowers for my sister to be delivered to her on her birthday. She lives in Mthatha, so I was happy to find a florist - [URL Removed] - that would deliver there. I placed the order, paid by credit card and was overcharged by R100. I queried this, and was told that it was a conversion error as the company is international and bills in dollars. I was assured of a refund - which I am still waiting for.
The flowers were not delivered on my sister's birthday, so I contacted the company, again, to find out what was wrong. It turned out that the florist they had listed as one willing and able to deliver to Mthatha was in the southern Cape - some distance from Mthatha - and therefore, in fact, unable to deliver flowers. I cancelled the order and am still waiting for a refund of the full amount.
