Fully paid my Avon account and still listed on ITC

I made means of contacting Avon to settle my account and I was given the banking details and paid them but to my supprise I still owe them and I'm even listed on ITC (why can't they be like Truworths, Capfin and Edcon group I fully paid them and they emailed me the settlement Letters immediately)

I want to buy a car now but I can't get finance because of Avon I settled their account months ago and I want my name cleared from ITC. They claim I owe them R650 account number 7419512. Please clear my name. I demand a clearance/settlement letter ASAP.
