I drove into the splish splash car wash that was conjested with other cars for my car to be washed. They took the keys and told me i will be alerted when they're completed with the car. When alerted that the car has been completed, my fiance noticed a huge white mark/paint brushed against my front car fender and the light. We brought it to their attention and even though it took them to realise the scratch was new as some parts could be wiped with bare hands. The manager/superviso undertook to double check through CCTV cameras and get back to me, and informed me that he agrees that the scratch was new, even as the guys who were washing the car wanted to claim that the car arrived with the scratch. I came back the following day to a nasty reception from the same manager/supervisor who firstly informed me he didn't have time to go through the video and he now believes his staff as there's nothing whitish in his compound. He then told me to get off his property and tell the police if i so wish.
