I have a very long story involving many broken promises and pathetic service.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants and 1 shirt in September 2012, I was told they will be available in 6 weeks. I eventually received the clothes 3 months later after many emails, texts and phone calls later (all initiated by me). The clothes were unfortunately returned to be re-sized, they were promised to be returned within 2 weeks. I eventually received the clothes 2 months later in February after many more emails, texts and phone calls. To sum up, it took 5 months from ordering the clothes to being able to wear them.

I also received an apology at how unacceptable the service had been and a promise of a complimentary shirt. Needless to say despite the usual emails, texts and phone calls from myself, the complimentary shirt has not materialised (it is now a further 3 months later).

Do yourself a favour and do not use this guy. He looks the part and says the right things BUT don't expect delivery or even decent quality clothes.
