Good day,
Please advise why my parcel has gone from Witspos hub to Krugersdorp hub when clearly my package is for Eikenhof making Witspos our hub i should have received my parcel already?! I have to phone around calling this one and that one, after tracking it over the Internet then eventually Krugersdorp hub only to find out that this is always done. Regardless of them contacting you to advise that they don't do the distribution for Eikenhof, De Deur etc they still get bombarded with packages and post for those areas? Is this fair on them or even the consumer? The lady from Krugerdorp Hub has kindly found my package and has to put a note on to say it must go back to Witspos to be distributed? So now from one hub to another then back to the first one? Plus how much longer do i wait?
Please can you advise at your earliest convenience.
