New Application, no response for almost 2 years

I have applied for request of new meter box to Eskom 0860 037 566 for almost 2 years now, in two years, tech was only sent twice to do assessment and still now, i m waiting with no luck. I am vaalbank, Libangeni area (Mpumalanga) under JS Moroka municipality. I am very confused customer
