Still getting billed after account closed

On Monday 6 May 2013, I returned 2 x large Partigas cylinders to the PE depot and requested they close my account. Morne helped me and suggested I keep the account open in case I needed gas at all in future for any reason, seeing as I would only be billed when cylinders were rented. I stupidly agreed to this. At the end of May I received a bill which I paid as I assumed it was back-payment. Then at the end of June I received yet another bill for 2x cylinders. When I contacted head office accounts dept. I spoke to a Karin who managed to sort the problem out with the PE office after 2 days. They'd apparently "booked the cylinders into the incorrect account & I was therefore being incorrectly billed". They assured me that that would be the last time I would pay for the cylinders and it was due to a month's in arrears billing system. I paid but guess what, today I have received YET ANOTHER bill for 2x cylinders. I have just spoken to Karin now who has conveniently forgotten about all the apologies made to me last month and says that their "system" still states I have 2 x cylinders in my possession!? I am fed up with this shocking service of an international company, come on!!!
