Justine used to be a first-class supplier of beauty products. I am SO disappointed these days with their products though. The quality of their products has steadily declined the last few years &, when I did send an email to complain, I received a very terse, haughty reply. This occurred in 2011. But it still remains lurking in my mind. I have just discovered this site & am therefore re-posting my complaint for other consumers' information.
"I am writing as a follow-up to a telephone enquiry that was never replied to last week. I have been using Justine for over 10 years & came back to SA a year ago. My mother (I defer from using her name as she has nothing to do with this) has been selling Justine for as long as I can remember & therefore I have been using it just as long.
My question is this: why have you taken a perfectly good product - a superior product - & replaced it with inferior, dire ones?
In particular I refer to: Balancing Rebalancing Day Cream SPF 15.
This cream, to put it bluntly, stinks. It is disgusting & - almost worse - does not actually moisturize one's skin at all. Compare it to your Special Treatment Cream/Ultra-Balance Moisturiser/Night Treatment Cream... tbc
