Bad attitude

Maharaj and attorneys have been phoning me every day in connection with my outstanding FNB account and I told Keenan I'd pay half on month end meaning the 30-06-2013 but I managed to make a plan and pay them in full. Now all of a sudden they can not help me with my clearance letter Karen is for ever putting me on hold and Roxane never knows what is happening at her work place they have a bad attitude and are very rude when answering calls Karen is the worst for a phone receiver she should be up to date with what callers are phoning for!
