Inefficient systems and back customer service

I'm an Avon rep, placed my order on the 10th of July 2013, got confirmation and everything. It normally takes 7 days for me to receive my orders which didn't happen this time. When I call to track it - only then I'm told orders that were placed between 8 & 11 July were stuck on the system and had to be reprinted, surprise surprise! Having learned that - I requested that my order be processed as a matter of urgency - this is now through the call centre on the 18th. Everything was fine -the lady was very decent - promised to have my order delivered on the 22nd, which didn't happen. I call again on the 23rd to find out what the story is - spoke to Nonhle. She then escalated the matter to a supervisor -Linda who was 'in a meeting' since 8 until 11 am and was meant to call me back once done. I had to call back again - got hold of Linda who promised to get back to me with proper feedback in 'a short while'. Waited for a callback form 12:30 until 3pm. I don't know how reps are expected to 'grow their business' with this company if they're making it logistically impossible. It's very bad customer service that impacts on our end of the business. As a supplier Avon needs to step up their game
