I purchased 20 x LED downlights and they started failing. Contacted the Accounts and Sales Manager who apologised and said they will gladly replace the 8 x faulty ones as they received a faulty batch from their supplier. The last 12 of the batch I bought failed over a period of 2 months. I contacted the same people telephonically and guess what? I received the replacement LED downlights before I could even dispatch the faulty ones to them. What a level of trust that they were indeed faulty and not to mention the service! Delivered at my door step within 24 hours. Thanks Ian and Byron! I did not expect to receive this kind of service. Keep up the good work.
