In Mar I bought a wooden dog kennel. Within two months the kennel was falling apart. I approached the owner of Epic Pets and waited several days for them to advise me that the kennel would be replaced. The kennel was replaced at the end of June beginning of July When it was delivered some of the outer wood fell off but when I told Louis and his assistant they ignored me. The kennel has become more & more dilapidated and when I went to the pet-shop I was told that both owners were on leave. I then sent an email which to date I have not had a response to. I then advised the shop assistant that I wanted a full refund Louis then called me & refuses to refund my money as he has replaced the goods once before. When I insisted he requested I photograph the kennel and send it to him via email I have done this but the emails are being returned as the mailbox is full. The cell phones are on voice mail and the shop does not have a land line. So where to from here.
