Hello Peter,
Just today I logged in internet banking just to monitor my accounts and realized that Cell C has billed me R339.07 instead of R99 and I was told that the above mentioned Company has been deducted money from my Cellphone contract; funny enough I did not subscribe let alone not even receive a single sms as to confirm my subscription with this company and I would never say it might have happened by mistake because I understand Telecommunications policies since this it is partly my daily job; I need an explain from this company.
