O dear. She is not willing to help me to get R20.00 which is deducted from a voucher card I had won, back on this card. This voucher card I sent to my friend and I told her that there is R500.00 which she can use and so I sent emails on her behalf so they can activate the card for her. This morning I received an email that there is only R480.00 on this card where there is 2XR10.00 dormancy fees deducted for not been used in 6months. I did not read that anywhere at the competition. Then they must people know that this will happen when the card is not been used within a curtain time of months. They must the people know who host the competition where they must notify the winners of these kind of things. O dear.
