I am utterly shocked at the service I received from Yolandi at Pikkies Pets. About a week ago I went into the store to purchase capstar for my two dogs (small and large dog). They never had stock for the big dog and Yolandi told me that I should buy two tablets for the large dog as this will work. Firstly she didn't even acknowledge me kept on stocking her shelves as she was clearly to busy to take time out for a customer (a young boy assisted me then). I administered the tablets but to my astonishment it didn't work. I used the tabs before but purchased it at another store so I knew what effect it should have on the fleas. When I called the store and informed her that her suggestion didn't work she through the phone down in my ear. I called back and she told me to off before slamming the phone down. Pikkies Pets you can never have too many customers but be sure you will never see me again!
