Like many other moms I have had problems with the new Huggies Gold. I laid a complaint via their website and, to my surprise, I received a call from a lady called Sue from Huggies not 2 hours later.
Well done Sue and Claire for your quick response time, it makes me feel that Huggies actually takes cognisance of their customers' feedback. I really hope the company takes the issues raised into account.
