POOR Service from Kenwood

On 23 Oct 2012 I inquired about a mincer attachment for my Kenwood KM260 applaince. I received a quick response from Amanda Luckay who had forwarded my request to Peter Nkonela. On 20 Nov 2012, after getting no response from Peter Nkonela, I send him a reminder e-mail about my original inquiry. He replied that they where waiting for stock to arrive 1st week in Dec 2012. On 6 Dec 2012, I sent another e-mail to Peter Nkonela asking about the availability of the stock. No response was received, and to date I have had no other communications from Kenwood. I cannot believe that in today's economic climate companies do not even bother to let their customers know what's going on. I am not even sure if the part I am looking for is available or not. They supply applainces, inform you of the accessories available, but yet fail to deliver, or even bother to inform customers accordingly. If I had known beforehand that the accessories where not freely available, I would have NEVER wasted my money on purchasing the appliance in the first place. One thing is for sure, I'll never reccommend this product to anyone that I know.
