In June I contacted Sterredenaars to write an english public speaking speach for my daughter as I had used them before in 2012, and was happy with what I received. This year was no different and used them again as my daughter was chosen to do a speech for English. I contacted Sterredenaars (unfortunately no contact person or telephone number only an email address: [Email Removed] and told them that out of 3 topics given by the school my daughter chose Fly me to the moon - Frank Sinatra. This is quite a tricky topic, as it has to do with love and it is important to bring this into a form of argument, but also bring some humor into it to keep the attention of your audience.. What I got was everything but that which the topic referred to. I received a speech wit the following topic: Theme: Fly me to the moon after I've done my chores, but has nothing to do with Frank Sinatra's song. After several emails, the person said she would pay my money back and sent him/her our banking details, but up to now have not received my R450-00 paid for the speech back. I have all the emails as proof.
What do I do now?
