I have had an allegic reaction to the two A-Firm (day & night) creams I purchased from the Justine store in Sandton City shopping mall - my face became very red, itchy and swollen; but becuase I did not have my "receipt"; Justine is not prepared to give me a refund. Even though I was assured by Nontle (086 010 2345) that an agent Dineo would contact me on Tuseday 04th June 2013 to resolve the matter; to date I have had no response.
I believe the product has the ingredient oxybenzone (a sunscreen) in it but has no warning on the container that one might be allergic to this.
