I have been getting debited for an amount of R99.00 every month from my savings account, i have tried to block it but it cannot be done so i resorted to reversing the debit orders. i did not authorize these debits nor have i given out my banking details to anyone from the company mentioned above. so i do not know how its happening opr where they got my details, this is resulting in a bad record on my saving account.please help me in this regard.
