On the 7July 2013 we joined our son to one of his friends b'day parties. Upon arrival the staff looked all scattered. Understanding the industry I understand that certain staff has certain areas to work but the complaint i have is with the attitude of the staff mostly the frontline staff. They never seem to be around when we needed them and when they were at the entrance they were so busy on there cellphones they didn't even notice us. When we had to go out we had to wait for 10minutes if not more to go out or we had to go call someone to open for us. When we had to leave the most disrespectful lady (didnt get her name) were busy on the right hand side busy packing chairs away she saw us on our way out but didnt even bother to open the gate for us. Only when she felt good and ready and me asking her if it is self service did she take her time to come and open the gate. As a parent we are always on the look-out for places to have b'day parties at or to recommend to friends. Yeesh will not get our recommendation due to poor service and bad attitude with the staff. What a pity as with the correct staff it would have been a real pleasant venue. Hope improvement is on its way
