To whom it may concern.
On the 6 November 2013, i purchased my monthly supply of the 3KG Biogen ISO Whey from Dis-chem Claremont. I thought it was business as usual. I paid and left the store. When i got home i notice 2 things had changed on the product.
First on the list was protein level. It changed from 26.2g protein per 30g serving to 21g protein per 30g serving.
Second on the list was the taste. I always buy the chocolate flavour as it taste the best. However the taste has changed drasticly. The taste isn't great at all anymore. It tastes watered down. It was great as it was! Why did you change it?
I have been using this brand for the past 8 or 9 years and it has ALWAYS been the best value for money.
I feel cheated as i have invested in this product only to be cheated in the end.
