Eskom

I was so stunned last night when i bought electricity from my phone and typed in the voucher on the pre-paid box only to see the voucher was short of a 100 units... im a single mom a hundred rand needs to be stretched as far as one can for it to be taken without knowledge is... i was never made aware that if you buy more than 600 units in a month if you purchase more than that in the same month you get billed more regardless taking into consideration its month end and winter... however the point is that never have i received a notice stating this i have and always have been under the impression that what you pay for in vouchers you get... i was so wrong... however they say knowledge is power... if we were notified i wouldnt be sitting here complaining... but never in my life does it feel like i tore up a R100 note and threw it in the bin. so since they have not done their Job notifying customers i will be kind enough to send my email of this complaint out a hundred times over... pitty Eskom has no competition they would learn fast to respect their clients... Just saying
