To make a very long story short...
I originally send Tony a photo of a cake done by Emma before. He ensured me they could do it just the same.
It was individual cakes with chocolate collars topped with strawberries with the top tier being bigger cake with chocolate coils, topped with more strawberries.
Closer to the date I realized that strawberries were out of season and requested the strawberries being changed to large chocolate shavings visible on top of each cake. I attached a couple of photos to my request. Tony told me that the chocolate will be more expensive and labour intensive so they cannot accommodate my request. He ensured me that they do have contacts to get ripe strawberries.
On our wedding day we received a dry, strawberry-less, chocolate shaving-less cake with no decorations what so ever. They did not even offer to refund the money paid for the strawberries.
The add salt to the injury, I'm still waiting to get my deposit back after returning the cake plates.
