Extremely Bad Service

Contacted M2 the first time on 17 May 2013. Venessa promised branding (vehicles) be ready in 3 days, full amount paid after some struggle with the design it was finalised by 24 May 2013. 4 Days later the printer packed up (by reading the other complaints it seems that Venessa uses this excuse a lot)... on 6 June 2013 she had an emergency... after complaining it was arranged for Monday 10 June 2013. That Monday no one ever showed up not even a phone call, I messaged that evening that I want a refund Venessa once again promised the next day 11 June 2013. They arrived spelling on conravision and other branding was wrong, branding applied was full of bubbles and scew. Complained once again and she tells me as the client that "I clearly don't know what I'm talking about" (message still on my phone) that I stand behind the installers... as the client I think I have the right to do that not being there they would have put them on with misspelled words. Printing to fix the spelling promised again, it's now 13 June all should have been fixed today... and behold not here yet!!! Total and utter bad service when speaking to clients and delivery of their product... never again!!!
