I called the school on 5 June, I wanted to improve my stroke. They promised to get back the next day. I called back on Friday spoke to a man called Johan and he said the adult instructor would get back on Monday. I said if they do not get back on Monday I will assume they are no longer interested and I can find another school. Said thanks and hang up. It was all very civil.
Seconds later he calls me back and says please feel free to find another school and I ask if he has contacts he said no. So I said well are u asking me to take my business elsewhere your are not interested? He says yes, I repeat the Q he says yes. I hang up and thought, that only happens in SA. So much for first impressions.
His attitude did humour me tho!!
