3rd World service (frustrating)

Go back to 29/5 below when I complaint about my parcel sitting there for a month. On that same day I faxed the invoice twice through to 0865668028 and once the next day because I could not get through by phone to check if they received it. Don't use the excuse that we are very busy, employ more people or control them. We all know the African busy. Then on the 3rd I faxed a copy of the invoice to 0865581252 as recommended but see that there is no movement. The parcel gets delivered to SA from overseas and then once it reached SA it goes in slow mode.
The parcel came into SA on 28/4 and it is now 6/6 and stuck in one place. This will not be acceptable in any other country, why must we except it.
