I called the customer care line on 17 May 2013, case number: 01833.
To date I have followed up twice with the call centre and I have still not been contacted by a Brand Manager.
Had I known that my complaint was going to go to go into a great abyss, I would have tried calling a Brand Manager directly.
My original complaint was that I was getting many cigs without the pop ball in it. I can live with that, what I cant live with is bad service.
Between myself and my partner we spend on average R2000 a month with your company, I'm sure that British American Tobacco or Phillip Morris would love our business. If my customers had to wait over two weeks for a response I can assure you I would be completely out of business.
I am pretty appalled at the service levels.
