I am sorely disappointed. I have sent something to a customer in Johannesburg and the item has not yet been received. It was posted on the 22nd May and it is apparently still at Witspos Hub. How can something take so long, the strike is apparently over? I called your call centre and I was told that Joberg is busy at the moment. I am told by the SA Post Office that registered mail and parcels take 3 - 5 days. It is now 9 days and I have been told you don't know when it will get there. My customer is upset and I have disappointed her. Furthermore your online tracking system does not work properly. Half the time something has arrived it says it is still in transit so I call your call centre for no reason. Furthermore half the time my customers are not sent a notification to collect? This wastes a lot of my time. Perhaps it would be best if I went through a courier instead?
