I received the shock of my life when I was notified by LD Collect that I had made a loan in March 2013 and my debit order rturned unpaid.
I was taken aback as my id number is correct and they have my email address.
I immediately checked my bank account no trace of a returned debit order and for one my id book was lost in January 2013, so how did I make a loan application.
Better still the contact telephone number on the email does not seem to connect yet they advise you to contact the collections call centre to avoid legal action?
I need answers as this is unacceptable business practice for not even making telephone contact with me before???
