Since Husqavarna has taken over Gardena, it's almost impossible to source the spares which used to be readily available. After searching everywhere, and unsuccessfully, for a part for a hose reel, Husqavarna themselves recommended that I contact Mica at Kloof Village Market. Not only did they manage to source it, they phoned me to collect it and then gave it to me at no cost. Big thumbs up to Mica Kloof Village Market
