Mothersday orders not delivered wrong orders

More than a week ago I placed an order with my Avon rep for over R800.00 stock for mothersday gifts... what did Avon do the repeated the Reps previous order of a week ago and delivered that... then they told her she had not paid this being the reason stock was not delivered... why did they deliver the wrong order then and besides she showed me the bank deposit slip and the fax report of more than a week and a half ago... so who the is asleep... try getting hold of some one senior and they all at lunch in meetings and when you leave a message they never return your call...( Avon Top Brass are Forbid that us mortals try speak to them there little helpers divert us from speaking to them)... Customer care has no way of dealing with this problem... as all they know is" Eish Sorry" I think they need better training and I think they just dump your contact details cause not one senior member has contacted me till now (WAKE UP IM YOUR CUSTOMER IN LAYMANS TERMS YOUR INCOME, YOUR BREAD AND BUTTER) now how will they fix this problem as mothers day is passed... If anyone has call me Shane Roux 0829228914... and make it worth my while...
